These terms cover your use of Postin, including the website at getpostin.com and the Postin app. Postin is a product of Universole LLC, doing business as Universole App Studios, a Pennsylvania company ("Postin"). By paying for a founding spot or using Postin, you agree to these terms.
What Postin does
Postin uses AI to sort the photos you share, write captions, and post them to the Facebook Page and Instagram business account you connect. You can see posts on your calendar before they go out, edit or remove them, and turn on approval for every post.
Founding spots
- A founding spot costs $19, paid once today. It covers your first month of Postin once your access begins.
- After that first month, founders pay $19 a month for as long as their subscription stays active. The regular price at launch is $39 a month.
- There are 50 founding spots. Founders get access in small batches, and every founder gets access by November 1, 2026.
- If Postin does not launch, your $19 is refunded in full. You can also ask for a full refund of your founding payment any time before your access begins by emailing hello@getpostin.com.
Referrals
Founders get a personal link. When someone new claims a founding spot through it, the new member's second month is free, and the founder gets one free month once the new member's first 30 posts have been published. Credits apply to the next monthly payment. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not count.
Subscription and cancellation
Your monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months.
Your content and accounts
- You keep ownership of your photos, captions and pages. You give Postin permission to store, edit and publish your content only to provide the service to you.
- You confirm you have the right to post the photos you share, including photos that show other people or their property.
- You are responsible for what is posted to your pages. Posts are visible on your calendar ahead of time so you can edit or remove anything.
- You connect Facebook and Instagram through Meta's own login. Postin never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postin to post content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or that breaks Meta's rules. Postin may pause or close accounts that do.
Postin Scenes
Postin Scenes swaps a face in a video clip you upload with a face from a photo you upload. You pay per video, priced by clip length (up to 10 seconds, 20 seconds or 30 seconds). Your card is held at checkout and charged only when your finished video is ready. If we cannot make your video, the hold is released and you are not charged. If your video does not look right, contact us and we will redo it.
You confirm that you have the right to use the clip and the photo, and that anyone shown in them has agreed. You will not use Scenes to impersonate a real person in a way meant to deceive, to harass or embarrass anyone, to make sexual or unlawful content, or with content you do not have the right to use. We may refuse, remove or stop an order that breaks these rules. AI-made videos can be mistaken for real footage, and you are responsible for how you label and share them.
AI-written captions
Captions are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Review them on your calendar, or turn on approval for every post.
Service changes and availability
Postin depends on Meta's platforms. If Meta changes or limits its tools, some features may change. Postin will tell you about major changes by email.
Limits of liability
Postin is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Postin is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date above will update, and active customers will be told by email.
